KingshotForge is a free, fan-made toolkit for players of the mobile strategy game Kingshot.
What this site does
This site provides calculators and planning tools that help you make smarter in-game decisions — without the guesswork. Whether you're optimizing your gear upgrade order, planning your VIP milestone timeline, or figuring out the best Truegold troop path, these tools do the math for you so you can focus on playing.

How it works
All tools run entirely in your browser — no account, no login, no data sent to a server. Game data used in the calculators (gear tables, hero stats, upgrade costs) is sourced from community research and, where possible, directly from game files. We keep the data updated as the game receives new content.
Who built this
KingshotForge is built and maintained by an active Kingshot player who got tired of doing spreadsheet math mid-session. It's a personal project, not a commercial product. There are no premium features, paywalls, or upsells — just tools that are useful.
